Crazy Communications, LLC. will accept returns on merchandise within 15 days so long as the merchandise is unopened and in its original packaging. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may be charged on returned merchandise.
Crazy Communications, LLC. will accept returns on service installation purchases only if the accompanying equipment has not been installed. All parts and equipment in the installation package must be present and undamaged. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply. Once equipment has been installed, no refunds will be given.
No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions costs. Monthly subscription costs may be prorated only if a 30 day notice is given prior to service termination.
